Terms for the owner test

A Game of Friends is a host-led trivia service operated by Common World Inc. These terms apply to the owner-run test at play.agameoffriends.com. Public contact location: Kigali, Rwanda. Email: agameoffriends@commonworldinc.com. Effective date: 2026-11-06.

You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your password private and use a public gamer handle that you are comfortable showing to other players. Your ordinary account may be granted hosting access by an administrator. Master and administrator identities are separate private identities and are not player accounts.

Use the service lawfully and treat other people respectfully. Do not upload content you have no right to use, impersonate another person, interfere with games or access accounts or information without permission. Uploading content permits Common World to store and display it to operate the games in which you use it; you retain ownership of your content.

The host creates the questions and runs the event. The server determines answer acceptance, timing, scores and rankings. Network or software faults may affect the test. Report problems to the operator so they can be investigated. This test does not promise prizes or authorize a venue promotion.

The service is being tested and may be interrupted or changed. Clearly designated synthetic test content may be removed after testing; this does not authorize blanket deletion of real account or event records. The Privacy Notice explains the information used by the service. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
