Privacy notice for the owner test
Common World Inc. operates A Game of Friends and decides how information is used for this test. Public contact location: Kigali, Rwanda. Email: agameoffriends@commonworldinc.com. Effective date: 2026-11-06.
When you create an ordinary account, the service records your email, gamer handle, private screen name, password hash, and the versions and times of your Terms, Privacy and adult confirmations. Your password is not stored as plain text. Hosting applications and account changes create administrative records. A private administrator uses a separate identity and sign-in.
Joining and playing a game creates participation, answer, timing and result records. Guest participation also creates game records even though it is not saved as a registered person's profile history. Public handles, avatars and game results can appear on the shared display and player screens. Do not use a handle or image that discloses information you do not want other participants to see.
The site uses session cookies and browser storage needed to maintain sign-in, participation and security. Server and security records can include IP address, browser information, request timing and account actions. These records support service operation, scoring, access control, fault investigation and misuse prevention.
The application, database and media storage use DigitalOcean infrastructure in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Authorized administrators and operators can access information needed for their roles, and hosting providers process information to supply the service.
The current application preserves account, acceptance, audit and event records; it does not automatically erase those records when a test ends.
For a request concerning access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, contact agameoffriends@commonworldinc.com. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, and complain to the relevant supervisory authority. We will verify the requester's identity before disclosing account information.
